1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and using RelicAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. GENERAL TERMS

RelicAI is designed to offer educational and informational content about antiques, artifacts, and collectibles. It provides AI-driven antique and artifact identification, but does not replace professional appraisals or expert historical advice.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13, discontinue use immediately.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload harmful content (e.g., malware, spam)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the App

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS

You confirm that:

• You have the legal right to agree to these Terms
• Your account and content comply with all applicable laws
• You will not use the App in any way that harms others or the App itself

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the App (code, graphics, media, etc.) is the property of ZYNTEC LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content except as explicitly permitted.

AI-generated antique and artifact identifications, content, and illustrative materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional appraisals or expert historical advice.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You retain rights to the antique and artifact photos you upload. However, you grant us a license to store and process them for the purpose of identification analysis and improving App functionality. Images are deleted shortly after use and not sold or reused.

You may not upload personally identifiable or inappropriate content. Content that violates these Terms may be removed without notice.

8. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Basic App use is free. Access to premium features requires a subscription managed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.

ZYNTEC LLC does not process payments directly. All payment questions must be directed to the App Store or Google Play.

9. APP MANAGEMENT

We may:

• Monitor use for violations
• Restrict or disable content
• Suspend accounts that violate Terms
• Take legal action where necessary

10. NEWSLETTERS

Registered users may receive emails about updates, tips, and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time via links in the email.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms. You may not register a new account if your original account is terminated.

12. USER DATA

We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data. You are responsible for backing up your content.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming jurisdiction.

14. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of RelicAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

15. MODIFICATIONS AND DOWNTIME

We may modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or lost access.

16. DISCLAIMER

RelicAI is provided "as-is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy or results. RelicAI is not a professional appraisal tool and does not provide professional appraisal advice. For professional antique concerns, consult a licensed appraiser or relevant historical professional.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold ZYNTEC LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement on others' rights.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZYNTEC LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits, data, or business interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any).
