These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RelicAI mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by:

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, please discontinue use immediately. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of the Service

RelicAI is an AI-powered antique and artifact identification tool for educational and informational purposes. The App analyzes photos you provide and returns identification suggestions and historical context.

The Service does not constitute a professional appraisal, authentication, valuation, or expert historical advice. For decisions involving financial value, authenticity, or insurance, consult a licensed appraiser or qualified expert.

3. Your Account

You may use the App without creating an account. If account features are made available, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Tiers

Basic features of the App are free. Access to premium features requires a subscription.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play Billing on Android and the Apple App Store on iOS, and managed in our backend by RevenueCat, Inc. ZYNTEC LLC does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment instrument.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings on Android or your Apple ID settings on iOS. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Please direct refund requests to the respective store. We may, at our discretion, provide additional support but cannot guarantee a refund outside of those policies.

4.6 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZYNTEC LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Photos

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant ZYNTEC LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and analyze those photos for the sole purpose of providing the identification feature and improving the Service.

6.2 Image Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted from our processing infrastructure shortly after analysis is complete and are not sold or reused for unrelated purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You agree not to upload:

  • Photos that contain personally identifiable information of others without their consent.
  • Illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated means to interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including code, graphics, illustrations, trademarks, logos, and AI-generated descriptions, is owned by ZYNTEC LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

The identifications, descriptions, and historical information generated by the App are produced by automated AI systems. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. RelicAI is provided as an informational tool and does not replace professional judgment.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the output of the Service.

10. Service Management

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the App for violations of these Terms.
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Service for users who violate these Terms.
  • Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
  • Take any legal action we consider appropriate.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZYNTEC LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZYNTEC LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are between you and ZYNTEC LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • In case of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

17. Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, may notify you within the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
