This Privacy Policy describes how ZYNTEC LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the RelicAI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
- Application or App refers to RelicAI, the mobile software provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to ZYNTEC LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
- Country refers to: Wyoming, United States.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the RelicAI Application and any related websites operated by the Company.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from use of the Service.
- You means the individual using the Service, or the entity on whose behalf such individual is using the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data
We may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, which may include:
- Email address (only if you contact us or create an account).
- Subscription and purchase information processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store, and managed by RevenueCat, Inc. We do not store credit card or payment instrument data on our servers.
2.2 Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include:
- Device IP address.
- Device type, model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Mobile network information.
- Pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
- App interaction events (such as launches, screen views, and feature usage).
2.3 Photos and Camera Access
To provide antique and artifact identification, we collect, with your prior permission:
- Photos taken with your device's camera while using the App.
- Photos selected from your device's photo library.
These images are uploaded to our servers (or to our AI image analysis Service Provider) for the sole purpose of generating an identification result. Images are deleted from our processing infrastructure shortly after analysis is complete and are not used to train third-party models or sold to any party.
You can enable or disable camera and photo library access at any time from your device settings.
2.4 Advertising and Mobile Identifiers
On Android devices we collect the Google Advertising ID (AAID) through the Meta App Events SDK for analytics and attribution purposes. On iOS devices we may collect the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission. You can reset or limit these identifiers at any time through your device settings.
2.5 Subscription and Purchase Data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, the following data is processed:
- Subscription status, plan, renewal date, and product identifier.
- Transaction identifiers from Google Play Billing or Apple App Store.
Payments are processed entirely by Google or Apple. Subscription status is delivered to our App through RevenueCat, Inc. We do not have access to your payment instrument.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following Service Providers. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring usage.
- To deliver the antique identification feature you request.
- To manage your subscription and provide access to premium features.
- To contact you about updates, security notices, or important service-related information.
- To analyze usage trends and improve the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:
- Photos uploaded for analysis: deleted from our processing infrastructure shortly after analysis is complete.
- Subscription metadata: retained as long as the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Usage Data: typically retained up to 24 months and may be retained longer in aggregated, non-identifiable form.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights
7.1 General Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to certain types of processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, including:

Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
7.3 California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect.
- The right to delete personal information.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:
- Using the in-app account deletion option, where available.
- Sending a request to the email address listed in Section 12.
We will process your request within 30 days. We may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
If we rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you within the App or by email.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
